In the title of the video, "criticism of critics," we make a small curtsy to Imanuel Kant. What is more important for a critic than his ability to make judgments, that is, to determine in a simple way: like or dislike? Modern art constantly tests the ability of judgment for strength. There are a lot of different artists, cultural institutions, and open-calls around. The abundance and intensity of the processes taking place causes us outright fatigue and indifference, as all works of art begin to seem the same. Artists use the same verbal cliches for artist statements, and open calls work with a limited number of topics.
