4.48 Mind.exe is an experimental short film exploring psychological fragmentation during illness and medical intervention. Based on the artist’s personal experience of surgery and hospitalization, the film translates pain, confusion, and emotional pressure into a subjective visual language. The work is primarily composed of live-action footage; all AI-assisted effects are directly derived from the artist’s own filmed material and used sparingly to create subtle animated distortions. These moments evoke disorientation and vulnerability. Blurring the boundary between physical reality and inner experience, 4.48 Mind.exe immerses the viewer in an emotionally charged, dreamlike space while reflecting on how medical systems often reduce lived suffering to clinical assessment.
